No Fuss Stroganoff

This recipe is a standby for many people, you can't go wrong.
1 c. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 c. grated cheddar
sliced mushrooms (optional)


Brown hamburger, saute onions (and mushrooms). Stir in flour, salt & pepper, cook 5 min. Stir in soup (& wine), cook 10 min., stir in sour cream & cheese, heat through. Serve on buttered noodles.
