Steak Kabobs
2 lbs. sirloin steak
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
2 green peppers, cut into 1-1/2" squares
Marinade
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup cooking sherry
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. ginger

Cut meat into 1-3/4" squares. Place meat in a bowl, cover with marinade and
refrigerate for 4 or more hours. Turn meat every few hours. Drain meat.
Thread meat, pineapple and green peppers onto skewers in alternate fashion.
Grill on med. heat turning every 5 min. for 30 min.
