Rhubarb Cobbler
1 cup sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar

Mix rhubarb with 1 cup sugar and jello powder. Sift flour, salt and baking
powder. Cream margarine with 1 cup sugar and egg. Add flour alternatively with milk to creamed mixture. Spread over fruit. Mix cinnamon with 1 Tbsp. sugar and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until rhubarb is bubbly and soft. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
