Genuine Scottish treat as a favorite made by Trina's great grandmother Sal. These are served either warm or cold with butter or jam.
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 c. milk
Cream butter, add sugar and eggs. Sift together baking powder & flour, add to creamed mixture, add milk and beat till smooth. Drop by tablespoons onto skillet at 325F.
