1 c. peanut butter
1 c. icing sugar
1 c. rice crispies
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
4 tbsp. parrafin wax
Cream peanut butter and icing sugar, add remaining ingredients, mix and freeze.
Roll into balls.
Melt together chocolate and parrafin.
Using a toothpick, dip balls into melted chocolate. Let cool on wax paper or silpat.
