1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. flour
In a food processor cream butter till fluffy, beat in sugar & vanilla. Gradually add cornstarch and flour - reserving 1/2 cup to blend in with spoon if mixture gets too thick. When light & fluffy, chill 10 min. Roll into 1" balls & flatten.
Bake at 375F about 8 min. or until edges are light golden color.
