Raisin Pie
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup water
1 cup raisins
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup water
1 cup raisins
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
Put above ingredients in a pot and cook until thick. For a thicker pie use 1 1/2 cups sugar, water and raisins and increase flour to 4 Tbsp. Put between crusts and bake 45 minutes.
