Great Ribs

4 lbs. pork back ribs
1 junior jar peach baby food
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp. ginger
salt and pepper



Steam ribs for 1 1/2 hours.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover with tin foil. Bake
at 375 for an hour, remove foil and continue baking for a 1/2 hour longer.
