Broiled Icing

Great quick topping for a banana bread or spice type cake

Topping
10 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. cream
5 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup coconut

Mix all ingredients, spread over cake. Broil until brown.

Makes enough for a 9 x 12 sheet type cake.
