1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
In a medium saucepan combine cocoa, sugars & salt. Stir in cream and butter. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, let cool 5 minutes & add vanilla.
Great over ice cream.
