Deb's Secret Balsamic Dressing
Goes very well with a salad of baby greens & sliced strawberries
4 oz. balsamic vinegar
6 oz. good quality olive oil
2 cloves of garlic put through press
1/2 tsp pepper, coarse ground
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and use on your favorite green salad. Store unused portion in the fridge. Keeps up to a month or more. If oil solidifies nuke for 20 seconds or so and shake.
