Mushroom Rosemary Rub

1 cup dried mushrooms
3 sprigs rosemary
2 tbsp pepper corns
1.5 tbsp kosher salt



Grind mushrooms, rosemary and peppercorns in spice grinder. Mix in bowl with salt.

Coat all sides of meat & marinate for at least a couple hours or overnight.
Seems to tenderize meat too.

Note: Costco usually has big jar of dried mushrooms.
