Potatoes Romanoff

6 large potatoes boiled in their jackets
2 10 oz. cartons sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper and paprika


Shred potatoes into a large bowl, stir in cream, 1 cup cheese, onion, salt

and pepper. Put into a 2 quart buttered casserole. Top with remaining cheese, sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 30-40 min or until heated through.
